It was easy to assemble and looks great. It is exactly as pictured.

The customer service team was very helpful but unfortunately, this was a bust. After fully assembling, the last two screws didn’t line up. There was a defect in the wood so it was a return for me. Super bummed because it looked to be great quality. Hoping others have better luck!

Absolutely love this sofa! Cushions are comfortable but not too soft. And the color is beautiful.

I took a chance on this with low reviews and I regret it. I liked that there were three seat cushions instead of one long one and I liked the lighter grey. But the cushions are not comfortable and the wood is a gross yellow fake wood color. It wasn’t worth the hassle of returning and it is sufficient for its purpose but I don’t love it.

Surprised by good quality! This is a very nice outdoor sofa. It looks more expensive than it is, quality is solid too. I would say that the wood has a weird smell though, but i think it will go away with time.
