So far so good. I wish they would have dropped the delivery by my garage like I asked and Im missing one of hooks on the back of the smoker, but my first smoke was great. Had no issues with keeping heat consistent - ran a touch hot around 290 for over 4 hours and just had to add wood chunks for some smoke. Just need to use it to get everything dialed in but did a lot less babysitting than my old offset vertical smoker and got a lot of flavor out of it. Going for a longer smoke this weekend so expecting to need to refill the firebox at least once with charcoal.

I really wanted to love this smoker. It looks great, feels well-built, and the versatility is a big selling point—you can smoke low and slow or use it for direct grilling without any issue. That part works exactly as advertised. But the biggest flaw is the one part you use the most: the center charcoal box. To add fuel, you have to pull it all the way out, and that’s where things fall apart. There’s no handle, and it doesn’t slide easily at all—it’s awkward, frustrating, and honestly surprising given how important that function is. It feels like the design prioritized everything except usability in that one area. And unfortunately, that’s not a small issue—it’s something you deal with every single cook. I’ve only had it about 3 months, and this one problem is already starting to ruin the experience for me. For something that otherwise has solid build quality and a great concept, it’s disappointing that the most basic interaction is the hardest part.

the parts are not numbered so you have to figure out what is what even tho the instructions have them numbered. but it feels good and i am excited to use it after getting it together!

i think this is truly a really nice smoker. once i learn how to get it going. The instructions were spot on and everything was in the box. Oklahoma Joe's for the win💪💪💯🎊

After 2 years of owning this smoking, I have concluded that I wasted my money on this. It has never kept a consistent temperature while smoking. I was always chasing the temp. The walls bowed out after two months of ownership causing the grates to fall. I had to order some grate extensions. Overall it’s a terrible product and I should have went with the offset smoker.
