We tried twice with another supplier to purchase this drop rod for our new fence. Twice they said it was shipped and twice they cancelled the order and provided a refund. Both suppliers offered the same product but only Wayfair delivered the product promptly. I have always found that Wayfair has consistently offered quality products and seamless delivery. With the drop rod, Wayfair’s price was slightly more expensive, but it was worth it.
