Très mauvaise qualité,incapable de la montée adéquatement, le bois a fendu. Extrêmement déçu.

Bought 2 chairs. One arrived with quality control issues - small chipped piece of front, split wood on rear foot and some other minor chipped paint. Makes me concerned the finish won’t hold up. Otherwise, I’m pleased and they are comfortable to sit in. ~2 hours assembly per chair.

Made a great summertime gift. Went well with the 2 person glider.

This is an Amazing glider! It's Huge and I'm little so I can actually sit criss cross applesauce on it! My son helped me to build it and it was pretty simple. Took about 30 minutes. Instructions were not the best but it was simple enough that it didn't matter. I did have an issue with the chair but still gave 5 stars because Customer Service was wonderful & resolved my issue promptly & to my satisfaction. That's one reason why I will continue to buy from Wayfair because they stand behind their products & will help & be fair if their is an issue. I definitely recommend this beautiful, big, wellmade & comfy glider.

This was pretty easy to put together with one big exception- the second step! You have to put both ends of 3 slats into pre-cut holes and use the provided screws to keep them attached. Well, you know the old saying about you can't put a square peg in a round hole? That's what this was!! I don't know if anyone else has had this happen to them- I didn't see it in any of the reviews I read. Perhaps I just got the "bad" one, but if you look at the picture you will see what I had to deal with. Luckily, I have plenty of tools and found that all I had to do was file the four corners of each peg and then they fit. But to have that happen before I had hardly gotten started unnerved me at first. I thought I had the wrong parts or something. So that is why one star is deducted. Anyway, all's well that ends well. I got it all put together, it works great and looks great, too. Be aware that there will probably be a strong smell of paint when you open it, but after getting it all out and by the time I put it all together that went away. I got the green one and I did see a few spots with less paint than the rest of the chair, but they were in places you won't really be able to see when the chair is setup and being used. This was packaged and wrapped really well and all the parts were there. The instructions were pretty easy to understand, though I would have liked a little more clarification or better drawings a few times.
