Look good for what I was looking for. Light weight so easy to remove and storage in the winter

Pretty disappointed in the workmanship of this bird bath. We could tell from the packaging it had probably been returned and then sent out again for our order. Nonetheless we will keep it as it will be too difficult to package back up and return.

LOVE this bird bath!!! The base is hollow, yes - but not so that you can fill it with sand.... it is hollow from the bottom up. I went and bought a metal stake and put it in the ground, and fit the base of the bird bath over top of it so that the raccoons won't tip it over. Also, the basin is very easy to tip over, so I bought some construction adhesive and glued the basin to the base, so that it doesn't get tipped off and fall and break. So - a little work was necessary to keep it safe, but it's absolutely beautiful and the basin is nice and shallow, so the birds can actually bathe in it without drowning. Nice!
