This is the most lovely outdoor bench, although I think it would be cute indoors as well! I am charmed by its graceful lines every time I glimpse it in the garden. Although my husband had no problems assembling it, there was an issue with one of the nut/bolt combinations. I called customer service right away ( they were wonderful! So helpful!) and they sent the parts needed to complete the assembly. We applied a spray clear coat to the entire bench because we love the antique blue color so much we want to protect it as long as possible. UPDATE: After a year the bench is still lovely, but several of the slats have become unwelded where they attach to the frame, so we cannot sit on it safely. This bench was kept outside the whole year, but , although the picture shows it on our lawn, we ended up situating it on a concrete patio, and as we are in a drought, there was hardly any rain at all. We also clear-coated it! So it has not proved to be a durable outdoor bench.
