I think it was a bit difficult to hang up because the idea isn't universal. My garage door is not built like the one in the video, so I had to improvise where I could hang the rope. It does come with enough rope for all of the gromets, but you have to measure and cut individually yourself. You definitely need a buddy to help you. Although the banner is colorful, it isn't as vibrant as the ad shows.
