I'm so disappointed! When I tried to take the chairs out of the box it kept resisting so I turned the box over and the bottom chair had all four legs sticking out! I pulled the bottom chair out and didn't even have to unwrap the chair because the first thing I saw was scratches on the front of the arm. The box is flimsy and other than the thin paper wrapped around the chairs, there is absolutely no padding in the box. Horrible packaging. I'll contact customer service and see how they'll handle this issue. Update...Customer service was wonderful and sent me a replacement set. That box was delivered in worse shape than the first box. Contacted customer service again...I ended up taking the best of 8 chairs and the other four were returned at no cost to me and they even picked it up from my home. The chairs are well built, sturdy but light in weight. The armrests are real teak wood, beautiful and cool to the touch in the sun. The picture is right on with the color, they are taupe. Not having to assemble the chairs is worth paying the extra money right there. My only suggestion is that they need to change the way they ship these chairs.

Got the chairs today. Very nice and comfortable too. They seem to be well constructed. They will work great with the table I previously received from Wayfair. They will get a lot of use this summer on our patio. Great product.

Got these chairs in a set of 4! They came perfect and ready to use right out of the box. They are well built and sturdy. They look modern and can go with any outside look. They are easily stackable to keep in a corner so they are easily accessible when company is over for additional seating! Going to buy another set for our patio!!

Exactly as in picture. Packaging was not good, had a chip, otherwise all good and sturdy. Color combination and design is also nice.

I’m really in love with these chairs no assembly required. All I had to do was take the packing off the phone and then just sit in it very sturdy made of wood and a hollow type of metal. These are beautifully made, and shipping was super fast.
