I bought for my wife to use for lunch or in the car traveling, to large outside to small inside, heavy as well, I should have returned the product a few weeks ago, mistake for the money I would have felt it would be better than it is

Bought this for my husband for Christmas. I will be returning it. The inside is way too small. If they made the inside bigger this would be the perfect day cooler.

I am a personal shopper and delivery person. It is a hectic busy job. I have been using a little igloo zip cooler. Because I do a lot of driving the zip coolers are tricky, so when I saw the otter box cooler I was sold at how it opens. I have been using it for 2 weeks now and I love it!!!!! I freeze water bottles and put them in my chest every night before I go to bed. In the morning I replace them with fresh frozen water bottles along with my drinks and snacks. My drinks stay ice cold all day and my fruit is cold and crisp. My car gets seriously hot while shopping (Fort Myers, Florida), at the end of the day my ice bottles are still frozen! I wish otter box would make delivery bags my customers would be so happy. Thank you for a great product! Dee
