The package arrived in a timely manner and was delivered in good condition. Assembly was pretty easy although a little time consuming. The quality was great ! Good weight and well constructed good sturdiness. Overall very pleased would definitely recommend!

This was perfect. The delivery was on point and I received the call 30 minutes before. I was able to ask them to leave it by the garage instead and no problem. They even left it to the side so I can get in and out (some deliveries aren’t that smart)

Arrived in great condition. Great pergola and took about 2.5 hours to put together. Definitely need 2 people but 3 would make it easier. A lot sturdier than I expected for the price. Looks great over the patio furniture.

Awesome Pergola. Instructions were very easy. Don’t try this by self, I learned it the hard way but 10 hrs later, worth the work. Recommend 2-3 ppl for install.

It is made a very light material. Not very heavy. Will require two people to assemble and instructions are not very good. The anchors are not a sturdy style and I would suggest getting better anchors, we installed some heavy duty ones to prevent the wind from blowing it over. Good things are the canopy is water proof. During a heavy rain the ground underneath stayed dry. Overall not that bad

I’m giving it 3 stars because it did arrive with two damaged poles. One had two dents and paint chipped off and the other was so dented we can’t assemble it fully without finding a way to bend the metal or waiting for replacement parts which we did request. Overall it seems like a nice design if it arrived without damage.

This pergola build is not for the weak at heart. You will definitely need two to three peoples assistance, especially if you’re short like me. Also don’t put it together in the heat of the day. Took us a bit longer due to this.

My husband works in construction. Thank god he has a metal crimper because a lot of the pieces came very, very bent, especially the end of the pieces. The packaging should have been so much more protective. Some of the pieces midway have dents, which show the unfinished silver metal underneath, so worried about rust resistant coverage being gone. This may only be good for a couple of years. The fabric is more parachute thin material than something that will handle weather for awhile. The instructions were horrible and took my husband who looks at plans all day over 2 hours.

It’s not too bad! Quality seems a little on the cheap side, but it’s nice looking. It was a pain to put together took about 5 hrs to get it all put together. Shipping took about 6 days so not too bad there either.
