Defective guide tube. How can i get replacement part?

Looks like it may work out for us. We are only partially assembled today.

Love this gazebo. The sliding shade was just what we needed. Easy to install but definately need 3-4 people to move it once built. I do wish the fabric was a single piece instead of two sections. You must move both sections at the same time so having one piece of fabric would be easy to have and the panels would not separate in the breeze. Other than that, it serves our purpose fine.

Don't buy a pergola like this unless you plan to modify it or take the canopy off every time it rains. They hold water and the structure cannot hold the weight and will collapse.... believe me I know(see pic).

Takes some skill and patience to put this together, but it looked great and worked awesome for a couple weeks before a big rain storm. The water had nowhere to go, because the cloth portion cannot be pulled all the way down. (THAT needs some redesigning!) It was destroyed, because the rain sat in the top and ruined the crossbars. Hoping to be able to replace them, as the corner posts are still standing firm on our deck, as is the arch support.

Nice quality. Fairly easy for 2 people to put together (at times a 3rd set of hands would have been nice). Love the look and hope it lasts a long time.
