I don't know if I just got a massive lemon or what, but this awning has been a nightmare for us. We had 5 people working on it for days and now that we have it up, it broke within a few days. We never even got to have it extended. It was just up on the side of the house, and the first day we had it out just a few feet, and within minutes the arm was trying to break through the frame.

Easy to install. We bought it to have additional shelter in front of our patio doors. Service from Aosom was AWESOME. The box was damaged and one of the parts was damaged. Aosom replaced the part in only 3 days!
