a waste of money, barely useful. It arrived with missing parts: a pipe and two connectors. These were on the parts included inventory. In addition there were no shelves provided for the bottom shelves where it is necessary to place weight and stabalize the house in spring winds. Also the shelves are narrow, not as wide as a greenhouse tray. I have used similar greenhouses for several years and needed to replace some torn plastic. The U shaped idea sounded appealing but this design is very undesirable. I would have returned it but for the work involved in disassembling and reboxing. We called the 800 number for the missing parts and got the runarround, They wanted numbers we could not find on the packaging

My package was delivered to the wrong address, I promptly contacted customer service and was told by two different reps that I have to wait three business days to see if it turns up then call them back. Not the best customer service experience.

Great product! Easy to assemble once you get a flow going.

Outstanding product, fairly easy setup. Very well made and constructed. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase
