too flimsey, very hard to install.

Zero stars. The fact that Wayfair continues to sell this represents criminal fraud. Ordered the 8 foot unit, received 6 foot unit but they sent a replacement. The replacement is also 6 foot. Apparently they don't even sell the 8 foot unit but continue to list it on the website to lure unsuspecting consumers.

I wish there’s zero star option. Ordered the 8’ and received the 6’. Had to call 4 times to get an exchange for the right size but nope. Apparently there’s a product mix-up on the site and it will take time to resolve it. There are only 2 sizes for this so I do not understand why the ‘manufacturer’, Outsunny, can’t just send the other size. Still waiting for the wrong item to be get picked up so a refund can be initiated. Lousy and very inconvenient.

Terrible, very expensive for the materials . For a return they want 50 shipping that are for this, STUPID EXPENSIVE

One of the boxes did not have part to assemble door so I had to call the manufacturer. They resent the box the entire box that had those parts in it have not had time to open box had to go to the hospital with kidney stones. Plus y’all sent me the wrong size, but we decided just to keep this size
