Vickie

Trop fragile

I figured a steel frame would be durable but it wasn't... the metal is so thin that it acts like an aluminum frame.... did not get to assemble this until 2020 so this was our first use of the product... then we suffered a snow storm and I spent all day clearing snow from the top, went to bed for 4 hours and woke up to a disaster... I probably should have removed the plastic before the storm hit - but mistakes happen... it was about an inch to two inches of snow accumulated from when I went to sleep to when I woke up to check on it. The Velcro attachments to help sturdy the greenhouse from wind do not work much past 10 mph winds, so I had purchases rope to hold the plastic to the frame. The assembly itself was decent - only took 2 of us to put it together, about an hour. If you get this product I highly recommend removing the plastic during snow storms rather than fighting the battle of removing the snow; sure it will damage your winter plants more this way but it's better than not having a green house at all which is where I am at now after a lot of money already invested... Looking to see how to re-build the frame and am quite frustrated not even one season.... but the plastic held through so it's just the frame that needs replaced...

Took about two hours to put together. Just what my parents needed at a great price . Excellent customer service .
