It looks really great but doesn’t heat up great

It's exactly what I was looking for. We love it!!! Threw out the lava rocks it came with because they were just ugly. Put in crystals instead. I was going to buy another one but now they're out of stock.

Never thought I’d describe a patio heater as elegant but this one is just that! It has a simple and modern look and fits perfectly in our outdoor space without overpowering it. Even with its compact size it emits good amount of heat. It was pretty straightforward to install as well. Very happy with this purchase.

Perfect! Much better looking option than your standard tin-man looking heaters. And it emits the heat even better!!! I am highly impressed with both the look and the heat of this patio heater. Also the fact it comes on four wheels allows to move from back to front yard and wherever you need it!

Ordered the heater but was unable to test it out until May as had a late spring and the snow kept coning here in Winnipeg. When we went to use it we found the adjustment knob would not go past the low setting ignite area which meant a very very low flame. Contacted Pamapic support to see how to fix the issue. They initially responded with they would send a new heater, however, we never received any further contact from them and they never responded to our request for an update email. Wayfair said they were unable to help as was over 30 days from receiving date. I am very disappointed as the heater looks great but very unfunctional. Recommend not ordering anything that may not be able to be tested immediately or you are going to be left hanging. Disappointed in Pamapic as they appeared to be going to resolve the issue and then just dropped the whole matter.
