Wayfair assured that they will provide an assembly service! The company they worked with canceled and rescheduled for more than 3 times in a row after having me taking off from my work. Their cancelation message would come couple of hours before installation. Called wayfair so many times and spent at least an hour on the phone with wayfair and they assured that I will have my gazebo installed tomorrow. I just got a fourth cancelation and I have now huge boxes in my backyard soaked with water. Impossible to move them as a woman. Thank you wayfair for ruining my July 4 after not being able to see my family for 4 months.

We read the reviews for this gazebo and purchased it despite the naysayers. We got a local quote to assemble it for $3,600. No thanks, we Just finished assembling the gazebo itself. It took a total of 20.5 hours over 5 days, including unboxing, parts inventory, staging and assembly. 16 hours with two people and 4.5 hours with 3 people. overall quality and engineering is pretty good. Only a couple of screw holes required modification (wall anchors). Instructions are not great, but usable if you read them several times and take your time. If you want to DIY this gazebo, make sure you have a couple of good step ladders, a decent cordless drill and 2 or 3 6-foot folding tables for laying out parts and to work on. If you try and assemble this kit with the tools provided, it will take you at least twice as long, maybe longer. Plan on working no more than 4 hours a day...it is tedious and tiring. Also, cooler weather and overcast days are better. We are a 65-year-old couple in decent health. If we can do this, anyone can with proper preparation, tools and patience...

Roof not fitting properly , you can see daylight. Very disappointed.

Have a work crew lined up for this assembly. We knew it would be difficult assembly and had such a crew. Make sure you have a level area and make sure the layout is square and you won't have problems. As a result of the extra time we spent making sure it was level and square, all of the roof pieces fit well. This is our second summer with the Gazebo and it has been a wonderful escape from summer bugs. The only item that we think is missing is a screen for the top vent. Due to the design of the vent, it will be difficult to screen it. We have installed electric outlets and lights on the perimeter. those lights attract some bugs and they see the lights in the vent and come through that way. Magnets on the closure are plastic and have pulled out. A magnet system that was screwed in place would have prevented that. In the winter snow slides off the roof and that is good. The sliding snow has pushed the caps off all the center bows of the roof. We haven't noted a problem with insects yet but we plan to replace of seal the roof bow caps when we get replacement magnets. We have had many pleasant hour of use of the Gazebo and while there have been problems, the good more than outweighs the bad.

This was very difficult to assemble. It took a long time and we could never get the top panels to fit correctly. It looks very good and the screens a re nice but with the top panels not fitting, it does not stop the rain from pouring in
