We’ve only had this pergola for 3 years and the material straps has already torn, the connecting pieces for all the tracks have all rusted and we can barely put it closed anymore

We love it! Even my husband is all about it. We had 3 friends put it up for us, because they had construction know how and we did not. It took them a good 5 hours to get it completely finished. Best thing we've bought in a long time! It's the perfect cover for our patio. We had an umbrella before and you'd have to keep moving it for shade. This is awesome...I'd recommend it to everyone. I posted a picture on my Snapchat and immediately got a message from a friend that said, "I want one!" I hated to tell her the 11x16's were out of stock. I waited 2 months for this one and it definitely was worth the wait. I hung solar patio lights around it and it's so pretty at night. I'll hate for winter to come...

This is perfect! Exactly what I needed for my backyard where we have no shade. It took us a few hours to put up, I think the shade cover was the hardest part to attach and we need three people to do it. Everyone who has come to my house loves it and compliments it.

A few dents in some of the support beams but just cosmetic. Some of the holes were difficult to line up and the assembly directions could be a bit more specific at some points. Overall spent a good 10 hours assembling, but was taking care not to scratch anything and did over several weeknights. Do not tighten screws until it says, you need that "give" to align some of the holes. All that said, the finished product is exactly what we were looking for and it looks like it belongs on out patio. (11x16 version btw)
