Joy Express Banner, Baby Shower Party Decor, Handmade Cardstock Garland

Celebrate your baby shower with this bright Joy Express banner. Handmade to order from heavyweight layered cardstock, the banner spells JOY EXPRESS and includes coordinated themed motifs. Every letter and decorative element has a clean white border and two plain punched holes for the included white satin ribbon. The banner contains fewer than 20 hanging pieces. The cardstock pieces and white ribbon are packed separately so you can string every piece and adjust the spacing.
