Right out of the packaging, our cooler had a 8" scratch on the front of it and some chips on one the corners. Sent them an email with pictures 6 days ago and we still haven't received a response. If you read the manual, the limited warranty is quite limited. 90 days and with a fair amount of exclusions. After each use, drying the cooler INSIDE & OUT is recommended. PS recommends it's stored inside and when it's outside, a weatherproof cover is recommended. We bought the PS cover, which arrived after our cooler and although it says it's weatherproof, the cover is quite thin. Guess we thought PS makes long-lasting quality products designed for outside use, but we're not so sure. Time will tell.
