I got this smoker as a nice small smoker I could take camping. First off, it did not come with the hardware to put it together. I did receive a partial refund to get the required peices. After finally getting the nuts and bolts, I almost have it together and realize it's missing the smoke box for the wood chips. So after weeks of searching, I can't find the part anywhere online and still cannot use this product. I have a few Pit Boss products and haven't had a bad experience until this. I recommend spending the extra money and getting one of their more well known products. Pit Boss' cheap stuff is just that. Cheap quality. However, the Copper series Savannah smoker is amazing.

The Good - came well packaged so only one tiny almost unnoticeable crease on the top. Well built for the price range. Sturdier than major competitors at this price range. The Bad - the smoker tray jammed into its mounting slot the first time and I had to partially disassemble it to get it out then bend metal slightly to make it work smoothly. The heat control thermostat is junk. Won't hold a steady temperature +/- 25'F sometimes as bad as +/-50'F. Lowest temperature achievable is 225'F, so you can't cool/cold smoke.

Great product. Easy assembly. Quality build.

Have yet to use it but looking forward to it
