Hi, Phillip here. Your people: 5-stars. Their understanding of the "FedEx delivery problem": 5-stars. The product I knew would be perfect and was: 5-stars. FedEx: They have a problem in that unlike USPS or UPS . . . I can't speak for DHL, is that FedEx does not control "the last mile" of the delivery to one's house. In a recent briefing with analysts, their CEO says they intend to address that. Time will tell. In the meantime, my first delivery was lost at the last-leg-warehouse prior to delivery. On the second delivery, the plaque was scanned as delivered to the door, but didn't show up in our lobby until two days later with "no announcement". So, I guess a rating would be either N/A or Incomplete. Best, Phil Boehmke
