Nice heavy metal sign. Rim appears hand painted, so up close, it appears slightly asymetrical, but is fine at a distance. I posted only a half shot of sign because my name is on upper portion. Nice that special characters are okay as with tilde, I used in my address. I painted screw heads black. We supplied our own.

The address plaque arrived with the paint stuck to the packaging. I went online to see what could be done for returning and the process was way above my expectations! I simply sent a picture of the damaged product and explained what was wrong and they had a new plaque sent immediately! Love the service! Replacement plaque arrives in perfect condition and is beautiful! Thank you!
