Very disappointed with the quality and customer service. After sitting on the loveseat once it’s started to sag. Further investigation shows that the seat base wasn’t constructed properly they failed to secure the slats to the frame. I wish this were the first issue, several holes were not drilled and we are still unable to get one of the screws to screw in all the way. It’s sticking out and I fear someone will catch a leg on it. Unsafe! I emailed the customer service concierge to report the issue with the seat and have yet to receive a response it’s been more than a week and a half.

It's wonderful, but be mindful that we had a couple of holes that did not line up perfectly upon assembly. There was a bit of manipulation involved also with the decorative end pieces that require your own power drill if you choose to use them, as they do not have pre-drilled holes. It's sturdy and it's beautiful. We chose the sand color because it does not absorb much heat. We have been told the darker colors get hotter to the touch and we live under the intense FL sun.
