Quality of the item is good. The review is only two stars because of how miserable they made us with this process. We ordered this in July, and we knew the delivery was in early August. I finally got the item 6 days later, after innumerable emails, calls, texts and talking to 5 employees and 1 manager, all of them oversharing the most far-fetched stories about how the first driver owned his own truck, took the packages home on his day off, then they were missing a box, had to inspect it 3 times and inspection went so well that one of the chairs is missing a critical piece. Box came open and obviously piece slipped out. The driver was late until the very last minute, arriving 30 mins after what they confirmed as the final 60-min pre arrival estimate. Everyone was kind and personable when trying to solve this problem but even getting the partial reimbursement for my trouble was an ordeal. Customer Care and social media specialist offered 15% for our trouble and they initially only processed 10%. That was shady even at that level. I had to call back and asked for what they offered. Luckily, I had their own email to prove it. Andrew made it right today, in few minutes. Thanks! Now, the saga continues to get the missing part of the chair. Too many troubles for a 2k set. Spend your hard earned money and protect your time and shop somewhere else. Table is a pictured, sturdy, easy to put together, of course, when you have all the pieces needed

I’ve been eyeing an outdoor dining set for a while now, and my only regret is that I didn’t purchase earlier! I preferred the style of another Polywood set but the price on this one was too good to overlook. This comfortably seats six people, is very sturdy, and is easy to maintain. Full service delivery included assembly and set up. Easy peasy!

Table is lovely. I wish I knew if the chairs were. Unfortunately, the Wayfair delivery team of 3 guys refused to assemble them and took them away. Now, I’m dealing with tracking them down to make sure they come back instead of getting lost. Considering it’s a set and I had full service delivery, it’s ridiculous.

This polywood table and chairs do not feel like a great value. It took quite a while to arrive after ordering. It seems sturdy but I do not like the quality of the material used.
