Build durable custom window screens or repair damaged screen frames with this aluminum screen frame kit featuring twenty frame sections in a clean white finish. Designed for residential window screen construction and replacement projects, these high-quality aluminum frame components provide an economical alternative to purchasing complete replacement screens. Whether replacing missing screens, restoring damaged frames, or fabricating new custom-sized window screens, these frame sections deliver strength, durability, and professional results.
Each frame section measures seventy two inches in length and features a three eighths inch by three quarters inch profile constructed from durable 0.020 inch thick aluminum. The frame material is intentionally cambered, or slightly curved outward, to help prevent inward bowing once screen fabric is installed and stretched. This design promotes stronger, flatter screen assemblies while maintaining a clean appearance. The white finish coordinates with many residential window styles and exterior color schemes.
Engineered with a reinforced spline channel for added support, these frame sections accommodate a variety of screening materials including standard fiberglass screen, aluminum screen mesh, solar screen fabric, and pet-resistant screen. The frame stock is easy to cut, size, and assemble for custom screen applications. For larger screens exceeding forty eight inches in width or height, a spreader bar and spreader bar clips are recommended to help reduce bowing. Designed for use with compatible three eighths inch by three quarters inch square cut plastic corners, this screen frame kit provides a reliable solution for homeowners, contractors, and maintenance professionals seeking long-lasting screen repairs and custom screen construction.
