Foyer extérieur au propane 67 pouces

A little difficult to get put together and we still haven’t been able to use it just yet. Hubby is working on it and we think we found the issue. Because of the difficulty we have had getting it set up and usable, I’m taking a start it is beautiful. Also, thought it came with wheels but don’t see any.

4 stars because it has great potential and made with great quality. However shipping was a bit of a challenge. Had to be home and available for shipping so they can place it in the first room available.. But my delivery personnel said they couldn’t do that because they aren’t allowed to take it off the pallet. It was only 3 steps but they refused. So it was left in the walkway of the front door. My neighbors helped me get it on the deck. Anyways it was broken at the top and busted at the bottom (see pictures). Customer service offered to replace but I didn’t want to deal with the headache of possibly having another issue with delivery. They included patch paint to fix blemishes if you needed. The power cord is rather short, so make sure you place it near a power outlet or a proper extension. The fireplace is Very heavy and seems pretty sturdy. It comes with a cover that fits perfectly when the fireplace is not in use. The sliding drawer for the propane tank is such a nice touch, keeps it hidden. Truly is a beautiful piece to add to your yard for those chilly nights.

It is very good quality and and gives off a good amount of heat. It’s very heavy. Exactly what I was looking for.
