Received the chairs fairly fast - not bad chairs for the price point - but a couple of caveats. We purchased these chairs after comparing them to ones available at the big box stores - at an average of 375 a chair they are nice in that they rock and swivel - and they aren’t bad quality overall. They are a bit smaller than we thought based on the dimensions though. But the reason for 3 stars - the frames seem to be very sturdy - the description states they are commercial and can hold up to 600lbs - the frames seem to be steel tubing which is nice - but the included screws are low quality and strip and bend easily making installation very difficult. The biggest issue is the holes don’t line up and as the frames are sturdy there is no way to align the holes. On both chairs we were only able to install 3 out of 4 screws for the base of the chair. We will be putting together another set tomorrow and will update the review if they are all the same. The reason for another star removed is the finishing on the metal parts on the chairs- parts of the “paint” for the wood look was scraped off- could be from rubbing a against th other chair in the box .Overall not sure if we’ll keep the chairs if the other box is the same .
