Trois poteaux étaient bossés. Il est très difficile de retourner des article aussi imposant et lourd. Aussi, il y a des vis qui ont manqués. J’ai suivi le plan à la lettre mais il m’a manqué de vis 1.

Pergola looks good quality, but I'm knocking off a lot of stars for the installation instructions. I and some friends built the frame, and when I went to install the louvers, it turns out the frame is built wrong. The top beams are possible to set install such that the place to install the louver adjuster device is not on the same side as the prong the device needs to connect into. Its pretty easy to install the frame this way, there's nothing preventing you and the letters on the individual parts are easy to lose track of when the part looks the same as another part and is 10 feet long. For this price I'd expect the parts to not be possible to connect together. We'll have to completely disassemble it and rebuild it, wasting a ton of time. Frustratingly, there are a number of labels on the parts that are not the same as the instructions, particularly the L components have different numbers than whats in the instruction manual. These are easy to figure out what they do, but overall I think the installation process and instructions should be improved to make this a better product.

Haven't assembled yet but excited for this product!

Damaged post, wasting my time and money

I ordered this Purple Leaf pergola from Wayfair and I couldn't be more pleased. The order was received promptly and everything was packed with safety padding. The instructions were easy to follow and all the parts and pieces were included. Our neighbors have all commented on how beautiful they think it is!
