The umbrella is pretty and looks durable. The sunbrella fabric doesn’t seem as thick as the other sunbrela fabrics I’ve purchased. Sometimes I wonder if it’s the color. I got grey. The 12 x 12 covers most of our patio, but rain still gets in. Well worth the purchase.

Fantastic purchase! First think is this is big and tall. Be prepared to get a lot of sand. I bought 300lbs. and it took it like nothing. Locate and place base begore filling for sure. The umbrella itself is wonderful. It is beautiful and covers a large area and just looks luxurious. It opens abd closes with ease. The 360 degree turning is also easy and a great feature. The fabric feel to be of nice quality. I just wish it had the thickest 280gr fabric instead of 240g. Other than that it really is a great buy.

Large umbrella, easy to adjust with tilt and rotations given its size. Will get light kit as well. Base and umbrella was easy to set up but make sure you fill base at least partway with water to prevent toppling yet allow last minute adjustments before filling base up. Installing larger 12x12 foot umbrella definitely requires two people to mount onto base.

Gorgeous umbrella! Why 3 stars then? Well, the description is talking about a pedal assist for rotation AND a 12-light illumination system and guess what? None of these items are included with this umbrella. Wayfair posts a false description and asks for a price that include extras not part of the shipped product. A really sad way of doing business!
