We received the package in two separate shipments the 2nd shipment came 2 days after the date we were told that it would arrive. Spent a several hours day one and most of day two assembling it and we had damaged pieces. When reaching out to customer service they told us it would be 8 days til we received a replacement piece. We bought this product in time to have it assembled for a July 4th event now it sits half assembled on our deck and won’t be usable for the holiday weekend. We have the other pieces layer out on our deck in order and now we won’t be able to use the deck u til we receive the replacement piece. Extremely frustrating and poor customer service for the amount of money this cost it should have been delivered by the initial date we were told and it should have had all pieces that were ready to go for assembly!!

We absolutely love our new gazebo The instructions were easy to understand and we had no problems with installation It’s a great addition to our yard and we’re looking forward to years of enjoyment with our family and friends Thank you Purple Leaf for such a great product
