The product is nice. The experience shopping at Wayfair was the worst. Shipment was not sent until the day they initially said it would be received & I had to call to get it shipped then. As you can see, the product is supposed to be all white. A black post & mailbox were sent with the other parts being white. A new shipment was sent--again with a black mailbox. I had it installed anyway. Two of the reps had told me replacement parts take longer--bad policy Wayfair. I do not plan to order from this company again.
