Mailbox is great. Shipping was prompt. Only reason it wasn’t a 5 star, was because we were missing parts. Wayfair is shipping those parts soon.

Excellent purchase, made in USA. Well made, easy to assemble. The post was placed in ground, we did install a wood post inside to ensure did sway or weaken. used a Post hole digger, then placed post in ground.,and surrounded with quick dry cement. Assemble the mail box onto frame and holder before placing in ground. Need a couple of people to hold post in place and the support the post while cement dries.. Waiting for address numbers, ordered separately from the company QUAL ARC , called the company directly and place order. Takes about 3 weeks to obtain address numbers. Custom order, small USA company in CA. Love the look with the bottom collar as well as the cap that mimics the style of the roof on our home.
