It even works when its cloudy. The solar panel is sturdy and everything has been working well!

This solar fountain pump was easy to set up. It is very portable which I appreciated since my current fountain is moveable. I like that it comes with different nozzles to allow for varying spray patterns. I have noticed an increase in bird visits to my backyard since I added the fountain pump and I think it’s due to it. I just wish the spray motel can attach directly to pump instead of needing the extending piece because since my fountain is pretty small, it makes it too long to stick out completely. Another thing I noticed is that I have to wedge the pump between two rocks because the suctions at the bottom of the pump easy came off and I couldn’t attach them back. I noticed that with the foam and no suction to keep the pump in place, it felt like the water spray pump floating was easily influenced by the wind causing my water to spay outside of the fountain. But overall I would definitely recommend this for a little DIY backyard fountain.

If you are wanting to diy a fountain , this set is a must have. Super easy to add to any outdoor pot or fountain. My dad had given me this fountain that no longer worked so I decided to order a pump for it and was surprised with all the different water dispensing options it came with.

Easy assembly. Many pieces so you can decide if you want it taller, different water features ways to spray from the nozzle. I ended up using it to create a bubbler in a pot for birds to play in for dogs or cats to drink out of. I wanted a fountain outside the constant movement of water, allows it to stay fresh cooler in this crazy Texas heat for all the wildlife.

This solar fountain pump is really cool. I have bought 2 pumps before but they only worked when the sun shined directly at them. They wouldn't stay in the birthbath, either. I had to put rocks around them. However this one stayed in the birthbath, I still put a rock in to secure the wire. It even works on cloudy days, even though, thanks to the battery. Now I have to look for a nicer fountain or make one so I can try all the heads came with it.
