Banc de jardin en bois

This is a beautiful bench! Unfortunately, the package was missing hardware. Even if the hardware was complete, the instructions are quite bad. Thankfully, Wayfair's customer service team was fantastic: they quickly (and cheerfully!) processed a claim to send us the missing hardware. Looking forward to completing the assembly!

Made in Vietnam, which I thought was great. Ad a problem with one part on the left side that almost everything attaches too. The right side was ok! Took longer than expected to put together because some of the larger bolts were hard to decipher from the other. Overall it was able to be finished in two hours. Was bigger than I though which was also nice. Now I just need pillow for the back rest!

I'm a relatively handy guy (I flip houses on the side) and this thing was a nightmare to put together. Horrific instructions. But the bad news doesn't end there. It's so cheaply manufactured that if you don't use some type of wood glue when putting it together, there's no way it would last more than a year outside. Maybe with the glue I'll get an extra year out of it, but I certainly wouldn't buy it again. And I'm sick of Wayfair relabeling the same manufacturer's products as different brands. I've bought furniture under a different brand that was from the same manufacturer as this garbage. I certainly didn't want to buy from the same manufacturer, yet, thanks to the shady marketing tactics, here I am stuck with another toothpick piece of furniture.

We love the bench but the directions on how to put it together are the WORST. There is no step by step instruction -- only pictures which do NOT detail the process. We had to continually start over each step. It took determination and patience and 3 days to put it together. Also the pieces weren't marked.

The bench is GREAT... The instructions are NOT. It was pretty difficult to interpret what exactly they were trying to show you, which caused multiple parts to have to be unscrewed and put back together correctly. Mine also had 2 missing screws - which I get, it happens - but I have plenty of extra screws that I made work in this situation. On Wayfair's part, the bench was delivered FAST and earlier that I expected. It came together in a few hours and honestly, it looks and sits great.
