Banc de rempotage Donnabell

This potting bench was perfect for the greenhouse I also ordered from Wayfair. I did paint it a baby pink and added a new knob. LV E

I like this bench because it’s narrow enough for my space, and has the storage I need for my garden tools. However, it was a bit of a challenge to put together. I found that I needed to use a full size Phillips screw driver, and a drill to do pilot holes. It was a little tricky trying to figure it all out exactly, with the illustrations shown, but I managed to put it together right. The wood does not have a waterproof coating, so I had to buy a spray coating for it.

The overall piece is pretty but very overpriced for the quality of the wood. Was fairly easy to put together but I am going to stain it to see if that will elongate its life. The 2 top corners of the piece have rivets that do not end up being filled in once the piece is put together- going to fill with wood filler to see if that helps it to look more finished. Wood also came with several cracks/very large splinters. Would be amazing if quality wood was used. Considering using this as a template to buy wood & construct something similar ourselves.

This looks more like a child’s potting bench…it’s not robust or heavy duty… I would probably have returned but wasn’t going to waste the time.

Received the potting bench in good shape except missing a part. Ordered missing part still have not received it.
