Good, sturdy, but one side of seat was bent, so couldn't attach cap (the cap was broken anyway). But was able to put it together and it looks nice!

The glider looks just fine of course I haven’t put it together yet so we’ll see if it’s got all the parts. The box it was in was all beat up. It actually had holes in one place and you could tell it had been retake. I’m not sure you want to continue to use FedEx as your carrier plus it was three days late so I was home for three days and nothing came until late this afternoon. I was very disappointed in Wayfair. It’s not like you used to do the products this way and I used to be able to talk to a person and now like it is a robot. I guess that’s a sign of the future. They did not call me like 30 minutes before hand like you Wayfair is always done. They did not even ring my doorbell, which I think is sad. I guess since it’s a FedEx delivery, you can’t make them do what you want them to do, but that’s what I’m saying to another delivery person. In other words I’m very disappointed.

Don’t waste your money. If I could give it a 0 stars, I would. I placed my first order for this bench on 642024. Received it on 6112024 but there was no hardware in the box. No nuts and bolts at all! I requested a parts replacement and on 6192024, they sent me an email saying they were sending another bench and to just keep or donate the original one because they couldn’t get the hardware pack from the manufacturer. Yay! A bonus bench (if I can just find the hardware for it somewhere else). Or so I thought…Well, the 2nd box arrived on 62424, and is missing TWO PARTS of the bench frame! I used parts from both boxes to create 1 bench and it was wobbly. I disassembled the bench and attempted to use parts from the other box, and the sizes don’t fit. I am beyond frustrated. This was supposed to be a wedding gift for my niece who gets married next week. Now I’m stuck with a completed bench that’s wobbly and an unusable second bench. Poor quality
