I put this kind of furniture together all the time. This was the worst experience I have ever had. The screw threads were binding. And no, the threads were not crossed. I sprayed lubricant. I tried every trick I knew and still some of the screws will not seat. They sent 2 spare screws, thank goodness, because I stripped 2 screw heads trying to put these things together. The chairs are ok. Nothing to write home about. And don’t even bother trying to use the “tools” included. I would have never gotten these together using those. BOTTOM LINE…. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE! Wasted way too much of my Saturday messing with these.
