The bench arrived damaged and broken. The wood is cracked and damaged in several areas, and the legs are not straight or stable. When I sit on the bench, it moves and feels unsafe to use.

The bench was easy to assemble and appearance is great. The wood has cracks all over it after one day outside. I always recommend Wayfair and this won’t change my mind.

Beautiful piece and easy to put together

First item started cracking so I was sent a replacement. That item is even worse and instead of Wayfair issuing me a full refund I have to take the bench apart, pack it up and sent it back. That’s just too much work for an item that’s not even resellable. I am so disappointed.

A great bench for our mud room.
