Do not buy from Wayfair !! They do not stand by their products! Spent 4000 on patio furniture only has it for 2 months and the swivel chair broke at the bottom and they will not make it right because it’s passed the 30 days. Which I thought in February and didn’t unpack till end of March. First of May chair broke. The bottom fell off and doesn’t seat right. I was hoping to like Wayfair as I have several other things to buy. But sadly will not be purchasing from Wayfair again.

We received the sofa a few weeks ago waiting for a gazebo to be put up. Once it was we had fully intended on assembling ourselves, not taking into consideration arthritis and inability to bend much. We started assembling and quickly realized it would be worth paying the $157.00 total to have it assembled. I was able to quickly set it up with a timely appt sent to us. I took the day off work. Early on day of appt, it was canceled and rescheduled at the end of the week. Noproblem. I took another day off work. 20 minutes before the appt, Angi cancelled it AGAIN!! Loss of 2 days pay and no sofa assembled. We had someone come and do it with my husband. It was not an easy assembly. Screws all there, but wrong, holes missing or on an angle, or covered by the wicker, instructions incorrect. It got assembled. Sofa is nice, tall enough for people and cushions thick enough. Overall, sofa is good.. DO NOT USE THE ASSEMBLY PROGRAM. Very inconsiderate of the customer's time and unprofessional. I did have no problem with Wayfair issuing a credit, though I do have to wait 10 days to see if this does happen. Probably will, but hopefully does not require followup on my part. I am tired of the drama from this purchase. I'd still use Wayfair again, just am wary of what I order.
