As a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER spending over $2000.00 and being told my 2 orders would arrive between May 7 to 11/26 and then not having one arrive until June 8/26 is not giving me much encouragement to order from Mayfair again ESPECIALLY since the side table with my first order has a cloudy and scratched top and in this last order the one box is missing the 2 grey bottom cushion covers that goes over the foam . I reported the trouble with my side table to Wayfair and they want me to send a photo of the table top, I am a 75 year old who does not know how to do this. I explained this to two different people and finally just gave up, so I will just have to live with it that way as I can't sent a picture, but something has to be done about the missing chair covers, if not come pick up this last order of 4 swivel wicker chairs. I paid someone to put them together but 2 can't be used without the seat covers. I would appreciate a response as to what Wayfairs intentions are to correct this problem. Thank You.
