I ordered 8 chairs, and unfortunately all of them had the same issue. The screw holes didn’t line up, making them difficult to assemble, and the wood cracked around the screws. One of the boxes was also missing the entire hardware kit, so we have to wait for the manufacturer to send replacement parts. On top of that, one of the chairs was missing the bottom leg piece, so it doesn’t sit level and wobbles. The chairs look nice once put together, but for the price, I expected much better quality. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the quality.

Shipped missing two parts including an entire set of hardware (comes as a pair - only provided hardware for one chair). Extremely difficult to put together. Once finally assembled, very uncomfortable.

We love the modern look and comfort of these chairs. For my very particular husband to say "they're well made", is high praise indeed.
