I have been a Wayfair customer for years and years and used to be super happy with their products but the last 3 things I bought have been so disappointing. The reason I’m giving it two stars instead of one is that the finished piece seems decent enough. HOWEVER…. The assembly was an absolute nightmare. Like nonexistent quality control. The bolt holes don’t line up properly and there are several mistakes in the instructions. With a little force (hammer and pliers) I was able to get the chair assembled but it wasn’t a great experience. (And no, I am not simply incompetent at assembling furniture, these defects are actually a thing!!) I don’t think I will be using Wayfair in the future they just don’t care about quality anymore

Nice looking set but the assembly instructions were awful. The footrest is pathetically small. Thankfully, we purchased the set with the ottomans so that’s the only way this set is useful. Too expensive for what it is.
