***The product I received matches the photo and description, but it took me 2 hours to assemble the first chair and a little under an hour for the others, which is pretty long. I feel like the rattan seems to be of lower quality and the sturdiness seems weak. Also, there's no protection for the mechanism if you remove the cushions, since there's only a net supporting the seat. So, it's essential to buy a cover. The cushions are comfortable, but the height of the bench can make it tricky to rotate the chair (I have to scoot forward on the seat to turn it with my 5'2'' height). Plus, the handle to adjust the feet is a bit low for me.

This is such a nice buy, especially the cushion is so soft and comfortable. How can I get individual cushions like this one that came with the chair? I've been searching for a while. Please email me the link so I can order it. Thank you!

Love! After I bought one, I ended up replaced all my patio chairs with these.

Ordered end of August. Was not difficult to assemble, however, it is really short. I’m 5’5” and my legs hang over the end from the bottom of my calves. Not comfortable at all. The levers are easy to use but the back and legs lay/raise very clunky and neither go fully back in position. I’m so aggravated that we didn’t keep the box. I would return the chair. $300+ wasted. ☹️

Very comfortable! Looks fantastic ! Love the product!
