Didn’t get the table we ordered. Got two chairs we did not order. When I reached out to rectify the situation the entire hassle of returning the giant box of chairs I did not order - getting it down 5 flights of stairs, rescheduling the pickup that was scheduling without consulting me about availability, packing it up, is falling to me. And the table is back ordered without an expected restock date. The worst customer service experience I’ve had start to finish.
