This is a beautiful outdoor conversation set and much better than we expected. Love the high backs and the thick cushions as well as the lumbar pillow . The chairs swivel and are roomy and very comfortable. Love the little table as well. Seems to be made of durable material all in all and of high quality.

Love my chairs. Despite damage to one Wayfair customer service was wonderful replacing the damaged item promptly. Payed for professional assembly which was well worth the cost.

The set is beautiful however the assembly instructions and quality control of the mounting hardware is terrible. The contrast and clarity of the assembly manual is questionable, I expected more for the price paid for this set. The details, especially for the smaller items are so poor that you can't see the positioning or identifiers on the actual pieces reflected in the drawings. Thankfully it wasn't a complicated assembly, at least not for me, but I can see how others would struggle with it. It was very frustrating and aggravating at times. When mating up the backs to 2 of the sides, the welded stud on the back that receives the screw from the side was so far off the alignment with the side hole that I had to use a hammer and block of wood to get them in alignment, each was at least a 1/2" off. I was very concerned about snapping the stud off the backs. This was on each of the 2 chairs. Same for the bottom supports for the base of the chair. When aligned properly, the center hole and the welded nut were off quite a bit and it took a while and a lot of frustration to get them aligned. For what should have been a fairly easy assembly, this was extremely frustrating. We didn't go cheap specifically to avoid problems like this and to get a quality product. Because of the quality control issues I now question the quality of this product. UPDATE- Wayfair Customer Service has responded to my review and advised that they have reached out to the manufacturer to address the issues I had. Because of their quick response to my concerns and the fact that the set is beautiful and comfotable, I am revising my review.

It was impossible to put together and when you were able to put together the parts didn't fit the screws weren't long enough and nothing was in alignment
