I love this couch. It’s nice and big so my husband can comfortably lay on it for a nap.

After months of waiting for the Cannes model to be restocked, we caved and bought this model — not a good move. Too firm and low back. Trusted descriptions and probably should have stuck to our guns and waited . Disappointed

Really great so far. Haven’t actually tried the chairs yet but I do have something to say about the instructions manual. For this specific product, Model: op-PECLB2-PORVII, the instructions manual has a few flaws. 1) Both steps are labeled “Step 1” 2) The alan wrench’s assigned letter is “F” when the instructions call it “I”. It should, in fact, be “I” because it comes after “H” in the list of parts. 3) The first (and true) step states that Bolt (F) should be used. Well after careful observation. Bolt (H) is actually the one should be the one that’s used. First of all, there’s 4 bolts of H which allows you to attach the entire base to the arm. Secondly, there’s only 2 Bolt (F)’s which are supposed to be reserved for attaching the arm to the base, NOT the base to the chair.
