I am giving this 5 stars for 2 reasons. One, they are great chairs at a reasonable price and two,the exceptional customer service at Wayfair. I am a long time customer and the main reason is I know Wayfair will stand by everything they sell. When things go wrong, like w/ this particular order(the screws did not fit the chairs) they sent 2 new chairs and paid to have the first 2 to be returned. I also get to talk to actual customer service reps! So happy to have what I wanted w/ zero hassle!

Rybolt Patio Dining Armchairs are very strong and sturdy. They appear to hold up in weather very well. These chairs are comfortable. They do not cause discomfort from metal bars like many other outdoor chairs do. We will get much use out of these.

Very nice chairs! These chairs are very beautiful and comfortable. The assembly is a little difficult. You have to make sure youre absolutely lined up with every bolt and every screw. Otherwise, youll be starting all over. The colors are nice and will go well on any patio. The chairs swivel and rock, and are just nice to sit on!

These patio chairs are not super sturdy but the swivel function works well and they work okay for our deck. However, these chairs are possibly the most difficult thing I’ve ever had to assemble. So many of the screws did not want to fit in the pre drilled holes, and the kit that came with the chairs was missing several screws. Luckily, we had some extras on hand but it still took me almost five hours to put these together and I don’t see these chairs holding up over time.
