Not a good design! I was specifically looking for a metal obelisk to replace one in my garden. Yes, this is metal but the only thing that holds it together is gravity...no screws, no clamps, nothing! In order to have a shot at keeping it together I finally used string. Once the snows gone, I hope I can get it out to the garden and placed around an existing clematis. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I had an unsightly post in an open are of my yard left over from a satellite dish. It was too deeply anchored for easy removal so, I installed the Obelisk Trellis around the post. Worked perfectly for the location and task intended. My trumpet vine is happy with it's new growing environment. Was able to anchor the feet of the Trellis in concrete to improve stability. Since the Obelisk Trellis is stackable, I will be purchasing a second trellis to increase the height.

Overall, I like the look and sturdiness of this trellis. It is just the right height and my peas are growing beautifully on it. However, there were some problems found when putting it together. Some of the holes were not drilled out properly and we were unable to connect all the pieces. We made it work by using the middle trellis as a taller trellis with the shorter 2 on the other sides. Obviously, we paid for all 3 to be 72.4" in height so that was disappointing by not enough to return it due to being such a reasonable price anyway.

Nice trellis but you need to add some glue to keep it from comming apart

This is a superior quality obelisk trellis for a decent price. Other obelisks are sometimes made from plastic, or thin and clumsy metal tubing. This unit is made of a powder-coated steel. My only complaint is that it is quite wobbly once assembled so I had to make some modifications. I think for most peopleuses this is unnecessary and it is uses le as-is.
