I first received the signs with no posts and left a 1 star review. Wayfair immediately sent the replacement signs with stakes and they are solid and very nice looking for our parking area at our rental property.

this will work but its a bit fragile given that its two pieces.

Have had this for quite awhile for our Airbnb. Love the look of it. Wish it was just a little bigger.

Very nice sign and fits great in the yard. However, it looks much larger in the photos than in person.

Very well made and professional looking welcome for guests.
